1. Non-Refundable Bookings
All tour bookings are non-refundable. Once a reservation is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.
2. Rescheduling Due to Weather Conditions
We prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests. If weather conditions make it unsafe or impossible to conduct the scheduled boat tour, we offer the following options:

Guests may reschedule their tour for a later available date at no extra cost.

If rescheduling is not possible due to availability or travel plans, we will provide a credit that can be used for a future tour with Mika Tours.
We will notify guests as soon as possible if weather conditions require rescheduling.
3. Cancellations by Mika Tours
In the rare event that we must cancel a tour for reasons beyond our control (e.g., unforeseen operational issues, extreme weather conditions), we will offer guests the option to:

Receive a credit for a future tour.
No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the booking without a refund.
